• HOW TO USE?
• Take your Aztec Naturals horsehair brush and start brushing from the bottom up, starting from your feet to the upper thighs. Always move your horsehair brush from the bottom up, towards your heart area.
• Repeat the scrub from your palms to your shoulders as you perform the scrubbing action on your arms. At this stage, do not forget to move your Aztec Naturals brush towards your heart.
• When you come to your stomach and underarm area, apply your Aztec Naturals horsehair brush by moving it clockwise.
• Finally, don’t forget to brush your abdomen and back with the dry brushing technique with your body brush. After brushing, you can increase the refreshing effect by using moisturizer if you wish.
• Your skin may turn slightly red after dry brushing. This is normal, but if you think it has reddened too much, you may have applied too much pressure. In order not to cause sensitivity and irritation on your skin, we recommend that you apply your brush with less pressure.
